  • No Set up Fee

  1. Policy: All sales of hardware are final.

Refused delivery of hardware (at the time of delivery) will activate a 25 % restocking fee. In addition, one month of tracking and all shipping fees, shall be applied BEFORE any credits are made to the credit card provided. No exceptions.

 

2. Billing for tracking plans policies:

  • Month to month (recurring billing) through a Valid Visa, MasterCard or Amex card.
  • Customer may also pre-pay in 6 or 12 month increments by company cheque.
  • We do not provide a refunds if a pre-payment is cancelled.
  • Some customers have opted to utilize EFT. That is acceptable but we ask that you submit your EFT on time (on or before the due date).
  • All pricing is in Canadian dollars plus applicable taxes: GST & PST on both hardware and tracking services / plans.
  • We do not charge a TERMINATION fee but do request / require in writing, 30 days notice. As we pre-pay your data, less than 30 days notice may incur another month of fees charged to your on file credit card.

 

3. IMPORTANT UPDATE: UPDATED- June 21, 2023:

Unfortunately, because of a few that insist on taking advantage of  our FAMILY style of working with customers, we now must make the following ITEM a NO EXCEPTION POLICY.  

A: All late or dishonoured payments more than 1 month past due are subject to 2% per month (compounded) interest charges in addition.

B: All late or dishonoured payments more than 2 months past due are subject to Removal from the server. This removal is not reversible and reactivation is not possible. Your will require new hardware to reactivate:

 

4. Dishonoured payment for your TRACKING PLAN by cheque or credit card will result in:

First Occurrence:

  1.  $25.00 NSF fee if rectified within 48 hrs.
  2. If the payment is not rectified within 48 hrs, an account may be suspended and a re-activation fee of $50.00 may apply. 
  3. ACCOUNTS 1 month past their due may be subject to 2% per month (compounded) interest charges
  4. ACCOUNTS 2 month past their due date, accounts may be subject to permanent removal (not reversible) from the server.

 

  • Second Occurrence:
  1.  $25.00 NSF fee if rectified within 48 hrs.
  2. If the payment is not rectified within 48 hrs, an account may be suspended and a re-activation fee of $50.00 will apply.
  3. Dissolution of any special rates that may have been provided will be subject to full rate for the plan your units are on going forward.
  4. ACCOUNTS 1 month past their due may be subject to 2% per month (compounded) interest charges
  5. ACCOUNTS 2 month past their due date may be subject to permanent removal (not reversible) from the server.

 

  • EFT CUSTOMERS:  Your payment, like those that pay via credit card, is expected to be on time.
  1. Late Payment for any service by ETF may be subject to deactivation after 7 days and a reactivation fee ($50.00) may be charged.
  2. ACCOUNTS 1 month past their due may be subject to 2% per month (compounded) interest charges
  3. ACCOUNTS 2 month past their due date, accounts may be subject to permanent removal (not reversible) from the server.
  4. Late EFT payments of more than 3 times in a year may be subject to COMPLETE TERMINATION of their account without further notice.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY SERVICE or REINSTATE SERVICE for TERMINATED accounts.

 

B:  SPECIAL NOTICE :

As of August 1, 2023. with extreme regret, we will be forced to add the following criteria  for EFT  recurring customers:

  • If your payment is late on the 21st  of the month following your recurring date, your unit may be subject to termination without notice.
  • This date is important: We pre-pay your data and out cut off for the next month is the 22nd.
  • We cannot deactivate  from the 22nd  of the month through to the 4th of the next month without being billed by the NETWORKS.

 

5. TERMINATION by Customer: Seasonal / Temporary or Permanent:

A: For customers or those that wish to suspend or terminate 1 or more units, please be advised that we have implemented a POLICY that we feel is fair to all.

  1. We do not charge a TERMINATION fee but do request / require 30 days notice in writing.
  2. As we pre-pay your data, less than 30 days notice may incur another month of fees charged to your on file credit card.
  3. SIMPLE FORMULA: Contact us with no less than 30 days notice from your recurring date.
  4. Any units -(Requested by customer or suspended  by GPS TRACKING CENTRE)- for more than 1 year may be subject to being deleted permanently without notice. Deleted units cannot be reactivated as the ESN no longer exists.

 

 6. STATEMENTS OF ACCOUNT (SOA):  UPDATE EFFECTIVE MARCH 1 2022

Until the end of February, 2022, we provided MONTHLY Statements of Account to all business customers no matter how many units they had on their platform.  Due to the time required and the additional cost to GPS TRACKING CENTRE for this service, effective March 1, 2022, a monthly STATEMENT of ACCOUNT will be provided for accounts that have more than 4 units on a month to month tracking plan.

Less than 4 unit BUSINESS customers may also obtain such a STATEMENT each month but a request via email is required.

 

 7. DISCLAIMER:

  1. GPS TRACKING CENTRE and 1400793 B.C. Ltd. deny and hold themselves harmless from how the end-user uses the hardware and tracking solutions.
  2. It is the end-user’s responsibility to check the laws and regulations pertaining to the use of GPS TRACKING.
  3. Upon placing an order for hardware and / tracking plans, the end-user accepts all policies stated herein.
