The ST-4290L GPS Asset Tracker is perfect for equipment and machinery that do have an on board battery source.
It is designed for inventory control ( 2 heartbeats per day) or 1 heartbeat per day and up to 15 minute MOVING updates for seldom moved assets.
The ST-4290L is a versatile- no installer required- Asset Tracker designed for TRAILERS- BINS- CONTAINERS or anything else that does not move about on a regular basis. ie: If your asset sits still for extended periods of time; this may be the solution for you.

The ST-4290L has Two Tracking Options:
#1: 2 Heartbeats per day (only) – Non-Pingable- Suited for Inventory- Up to 7 years battery life.. Suited for Inventory Tracking.. or..
#2: 1 heartbeat per day and 5, 10 or 15 minute MOVING updates. (your choice of script input at time of sale). Moving should be SHORT distances and not often. This can provide you with 1- 4 years battery life. Use this mode for unsupervised Asset Protection for generally stationary assets.
This unit is NOT suited for day to day actively moving Asset Tracking
